I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to create a space where you can fully exhale. These policies help keep the practice running smoothly and ensure every client receives the time and care they deserve.

scope of practice

 While I draw from years of study and experience, I am not a physician and do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), Reiki Practitioner, and Restorative Yoga Teacher. These therapies are intended to complement the care you receive from your healthcare providers.

a safe epace for every body

Sun Angel is a welcoming, inclusive, solicitation-free practice with zero tolerance for sexual misconduct.

However you show up in your body, however you identify, you are welcome here. My role is to create a safe environment, honor healthy boundaries, and support you with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

about the work

I intentionally offer longer sessions because healing doesn't thrive in a rush. Many clients tell me that simply giving themselves permission to slow down is one of the most therapeutic parts of their visit.

Massage is deeply restorative and sometimes surprisingly emotionally revealing. As tension softens, you may become aware of areas of your body you've been unconsciously protecting. Please be aware that your readiness to receive this work affects your experience.

cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Appointments booked by text are considered confirmed once payment is received, which is requested within 24 hours of booking.

communication

The easiest way to reach me is by text. Like many small business owners, I wear all the hats, and because I'm usually with clients, I can't always respond to emails and voicemails promptly.

There isn't a receptionist on site, so the door may remain locked until your appointment time. If you have any questions before your session, please send a text, and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm available.

packages

Packages are my favorite way to work together. They're shareable, giftable, and encourage the consistency that often leads to the best results.

All package sales are final. Unused sessions can always be gifted to someone you love, or someone in the community through our scholarship program.

Packages expire 10 months after the first session is redeemed.

Sun Angel is a one-woman show, which means I'm both your therapist and the person answering texts, scheduling appointments, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. I truly appreciate concise communication and your patience while I respond between clients.
